What is the Syndication Mentoring and Real-World Training Program?
As we’ve watched folks navigate the complex world of syndication over the past several years, it’s become clear that certain activities, skills, habits and philosophies are necessary to achieve true success in this business.
To that end, we’ve applied a “zero-based thinking” approach to create a program that is compelling, engaging and relevant. And most importantly, is based on what works in the real world.
Through a combination of live events, interactive video calls, specific topical training modules, specialized courses and series, and an interactive communication platform for the Members and Faculty, our program provides new and seasoned syndicators with tools and resources to help get your business to the next level.

What does the program consist of?
Here is what is included in your membership:
1. Two Live Secrets of Successful Syndication events per year
Since 2011, The Real Estate Guys™ have produced a live event focused on syndication featuring an incredible Faculty teaching the many components of syndication.
It’s difficult to succeed locked in a bunker. We think it’s important to meet on a regular basis with other syndicators and prospective investors “belly-to-belly”, and this event over the years has provided an excellent environment for building new contacts and nurturing existing relationships, as well as providing excellent targeted and evolving content.
This in-person event is held twice each year, and your membership includes admission to both events.
2. Three Live Member Meet-Ups per year
Three times each year, members get together at member-only Meet-Ups where we focus on topics of nterest to syndicators, invite Guest Presenters and include Member Panel Discussions. Plus plenty of social interaction and fun! Two of these Meet-Ups will take place on the Sunday following the Secrets of Successful Syndication events, and the other will be a stand-alone Member Meet-Up.
3. Eight to Twelve Member Topical Calls each month

Robert Helms leads an interactive Book Study call each month, and all members are invited to participate. Studying a book is more impactful than just reading a book, so come prepared for excellent discussion.
5. 24 Hour Platform Access & Resource Library
